Return Policy


Due to health and safety requirements products sold at Brush 32 Dental Care Pty Ltd, are unable to be returned or refunded unless you receive the incorrect items or you have received damaged or defective items.

If you change your mind, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Is eligible, our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Please inspect your order when you have received it and contact us immediately at smile@brush32.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.

If the items you have received are incorrect, damaged or defective, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning such items.  

All returns must be unused and in the same original condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not refund or exchange any items if they look like they have been used, opened, or are not in original condition. 

Please return through your local Australia Post post office in over 4,400 locations

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund (not including postage) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at smile@brush32.com.au
