Directions:

Initially, the first step will be to take your own dental impressions, this allows us to fabrication of your custom fit whitening trays

1. Try-in your empty impression trays one at a time, to check your size and to also get a feel for inserting the trays. Once confident, wipe the trays dry with paper towel

2. Remove the base putty from the container and evenly seperate into 2 portions. Then repeat this for the catalyst putty. This will give you 2 portions of the blue putty and 2 portions of the white putty (1 portion for the upper teeth and 1 portion for the lower teeth), just in case you need to repeat your impressions, we have supplied another set of base and catalyst putty containers

3. Combine 1 portion of base putty and 1 portion of catalyst putty into the palm of your hand and kneed the 2 putties together until colour is evenly combined, this should take 40-45 secs

4. Roll the putty into a sausage shape and place into a single impression tray. Very lightly press the material into the tray to ensure it won’t fall out of the tray when placing into your mouth

5. Insert the filled tray into your mouth, pushing firmly into place. Only place 1 tray into your mouth at a time

6. Hold impression tray firmly in place for 90 seconds to allow the putty to set

7. Once set, wriggle and pull out the tray away from the lip line, removing the tray from your mouth. Please note the tray will have a firm suction seal and may require you to run your index finger around the edge of the tray to break the seal before you will be able to lift the tray out

8. Once removed, assess your impression or any faults including significant tears, air bubbles/voids or runs. If a fault is seen, pull the impression putty out of the tray and repeat the above steps and then wash your hands

9. Rinse the impressions with cold water and allow them to dry for 30 mins (not in direct sunlight)

10. Package your impressions back into the impression tray packaging box you received your trays in

11. Return your impressions with the supplied return postal bag

ONCE YOUR CUSTOM TRAYS HAVE ARRIVED:

1. First step is to ensure the teeth are clean and ready for whitening. Brush your teeth with your regular toothpaste for 2 minutes and then floss. This ensure your have removed as much plaque as possible

2. Rinse out your mouth thoroughly with water to remove all residual toothpaste

3. Use the supplied shade guide or take a photo as a reference to measure your starting tooth colour

4. Dampen the bamboo applicator sponge with enamel cleanser and gently rub the sponge onto the tooth surfaces in a circular motion. Apply for 30 seconds then rinse briefly with water

5. Apply a small drop (black peppercorn size) of Hydrogen Peroxide gel in the custom made whitening trays, on the front surface of each individual tooth (exclude any molars that are NOT visible in your smile, this will save gel for additional applications). To avoid burns and irritation to the gums, DO NOT overfill the tray or extend the gel to the edges of the tray

6. Once the gel has been dispensed, carefully insert the trays one at a time into the mouth. Wipe the excess gel away with a tissue and and leave trays in place for 15-30 minutes

7. Once completed, remove whitening trays and thoroughly rinse your mouth with water to remove all excess gel

8. Gently brush your teeth with just water, rinse and spit before applying the desensitising serum

9. Then twist the bottom of the desensitising serum pen and rub the sponge tip directly onto the teeth surfaces and leave for a minimum of 60 minutes before eating and/or drinking

10. Rub a drop of vitamin e oil directly onto lips for hydration, if any gum irritation, tingling or white spot lesions are evident apply a drop of vitamin e oil directly onto the affected area and massage gently into the tissues. Remember to use less peroxide gel next time if gum burns, irritation or soreness occurs.

11. Finally, use your shade guide or take an after photo to see your amazing results and don’t forget to tag us @brush32dentalcare

Repeat these steps, each night, for 3-14 nights for optimal results

Do not use for any longer than 14 consecutive nights and allow 2-3 months wait time before completing another whitening session
